We are a Team of A Players who are committed to the success of our clients. Ajay Hiraskar, the founder and Chief Alchemist, is the first certified Scaling Up Coach based in India and the only one in West and South India. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Ajay leads our team in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
The Success Alchemists core team consists of nine members who bring a perfect mix of knowledge, experience, and expertise from diverse domains. This makes us an ideal partner for clients in various industries, enabling us to tailor our approach to meet the unique needs of each business we work with.

Ajay Hiraskar
Founder and Chief Alchemist
Ajay, the first certified Scaling Up Coach in India, brings 37 years of experience in starting, building, and growing businesses both locally and globally. An intrapreneur and entrepreneur in telecom, IT services, publishing, and industrial products, he has managed complex projects and large global teams. As a Scaling Up Coach, he has aided companies in Technology, Recruitment, Manufacturing, B2C, and Industrial services. Over the past decade, Ajay has been a Charter and Governing Council Member of TiE Pune. He actively supports the Toastmasters community, helping charter 35 clubs in Pune, and fostering individual leadership and communication skills
Rajesh Daga
Associate Coach
With 40 years of business and corporate experience across India, Oman, and Dubai, Rajesh Daga dedicated the last 30 years to the automobile sector in the Gulf. His expertise includes managing inventory, logistics, dealer development, and price negotiations with principles. He had successfully expanded dealer networks to over 45 countries, specializing in both genuine and aftermarket spare parts. Additionally, he is a passionate Toastmaster and an avid reader.
Vikram Panjwani

With a rich background spanning 15 years across various industries, Lakshmy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
